高家二十年醞釀的老菜脯，台灣在地的天然好食材，目前已超過二萬戶的家庭見證，口碑好評不斷！大家好，我是高家老菜脯的創辦人振芳，和老菜脯的淵源要從我台灣環島的時候說起，那時候我已經用了將近一年的時間走訪過許多農村。這天晚餐的時候農村的朋友端出了一碗黑抹抹的雞湯，我馬上喝了一口湯，那是我這輩子未嚐過的味道，濃郁甘醇的香氣縈繞整個口腔。我用行動去證明將這麼好的食材－老菜脯文化推廣出去，讓更多人可以吃到這個好味道，我想老菜脯不只是養生食材，更具有一個世代傳承的意義。
