  • 1 pound ground turkey or chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • kosher salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced or grated
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, more or less to taste
  • 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
  • 1 can (14 ounces) full fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
  • steamed rice and naan, for serving

How to cook:
  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.2. Add the turkey, egg, bread crumbs, and a pinch each of salt and pepper to a bowl. Coat your hands with a bit of olive oil, and roll the meat into tablespoon size balls (will make 15-20 meatballs), placing them on the prepared baking sheet. Transfer to the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the meatballs are crisp and cooked through.3. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook 5 minutes or until fragrant. Add the garlic and ginger, cooking another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.3. Stir in the garam masala, curry powder, turmeric, and cayenne and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.4. Add the tomato paste, coconut milk, and 1/2 cup water.   • 1 large Egg
  • 1 Tsp Salt

How to cook:
  1. Make Chicken Meat Balls
  2. In a bowl combine all the ingredients of the Meatball. Do not overmix. Make 1 tbsp size of Ball and deep fry them in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Make the sauce
  4. Heat butter in a pan. As the butter shimmers, add garlic, ginger, and onions. As the onions caramelize, add the Tomato Paste, and all the spices. Saute until combined and cook for 3 minutes over low heat. Finally, stir in the Heavy Cream and Chicken Broth. Allow simmering for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the Meatballs
  6. Stir in the Chicken Meatballs. Toss to combine.
  7. Garnish and serve

How to cook:
  1. Preheat oven
  2. Preheat Oven to 450 degrees F
  3. Coat Chicken
  4. Coat chicken with Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, Dried Oregano, Lemon Juice, and Crumbled Feta Cheese. Coat both sides of the chicken evenly.
  5. Cook Orzo
  6. In a skillet add some butter and olive oil. As the butter begins to melt add orzo.
  7. Add Feta, Heavy Cream, and Water
  8. Cook Orzo for 30-seconds. Into this add Crumbled Feta Cheese, Heavy Cream, and Water. Use a wooden spatula or a silicone spatula to mix well. Cook on low heat for 1-2 minutes stirring often.
  9. Bake
  10. Pour cooked orzo into a baking dish. Place Chicken Breast on the orzo. Bake in a preheated oven at 450 degrees F for 15-18 minutes or until it reads an internal temperature of 165 degrees F when measured with an Instant read thermometer.
  11. Serve
  12. Garnish with Lemon zest and lemon rind. Serve with freshly chopped cilantro on top.

  • 1 can Mutti Finely Chopped Tomatoes (Polpa)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne, or to taste
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
How to cook:
  1. Heat the oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the chicken, egg, panko and 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper. Wet your hands slightly and shape into meatballs, placing on the foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until the meatballs are crisp and cooked through.
  3. While the meatballs are cooking, make the sauce by combining the Mutti Finely Chopped Tomatoes (Polpa), garlic, garam masala, turmeric, paprika, cumin, cayenne, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Keep on a low simmer.
  4. When the meatballs are cooked, add to the sauce, along with the heavy cream and butter. let simmer together, string occasionally until the sauce thickens lightly, about five minutes. Remove from the heat, taste and adjust the seasoning. Finish with cilantro and enjoy hot!
