  1. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel then cut it into bite-size that is about an inch.

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite sized pieces
  • Non-stick spray
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
How to cook:
  1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  2. While the air fryer is preheating, cut chicken breasts or thighs into bite sized pieces and add them to a bowl.
  3. To the bowl add 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper along with 1 teaspoon baking powder. Stir to combine.

  2. Put the chicken breasts in a bowl and drizzle with oil. Make sure that they're well coated.
  3. In a shallow dish, mix the dried bread crumbs with the spices until well combined.
  4. Coat each chicken breast in bread crumbs, and transfer to your air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry in the air fryer at 390°F or 200°C for 10-12 minutes. After the first 7 minutes, open the air fryer and flip the chicken on the other side then continue cooking (cook for 3 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken breast used).
