  • 20 ounces mushrooms ((Note 1))
  • 2 tablespoons finely grated parmesan cheese ((Note 2))
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • salt
  • 1/2 (8-ounce) brick cream cheese ((Note 3))
  • 4 ounces crab meat, finely chopped ((Note 4))
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon table salt

How to cook:
  1. Prepare Mushrooms: Preheat oven to 400 F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Snap stems from mushrooms (Note 5), and place mushroom caps, open side up, on lined baking sheet about 1 inch apart. Season with salt (Note 6).
  2. Make Filling: Microwave cream cheese in 10-second intervals until very soft and pliable. Stir all filling ingredients in large mixing bowl until well-mixed, without any cream cheese lumps. Stuff mushroom caps with filling, then sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of stuffed mushrooms.
  3. Bake & Serve: Bake uncovered at 400 F until mushrooms are very tender and filling appears nicely browned, about 30 minutes (Note 7). Top with chopped parsley and serve hot (Note 8).

  • 8 ounces crab meat, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped finely
  • 1/4 cup mayo

How to cook:
  1. Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees.
  2. Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp paper towel. Snap off the stems of the mushrooms and use a spoon to remove some the inside gills.
  3. Spray air fryer lightly with cooking spray or line with foil.
  4. In a medium size bowl, mix together the stuffing ingredients.
  5. Stuff each mushroom evenly with the crab stuffing.
  6. Add the mushrooms in a single layer to the air fryer. Do not overlap. You might have to do this in batches depending on the size mushrooms you are using.
  7. Cook 9 minutes or until stuffing has started to brown & mushrooms are tender.

Ingredients:
  • 12 (about) large mushroom caps (stems removed)
  • 8 ounces of cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 8 ounces crab meat
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup + ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon minced scallions
How to cook:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350' Fahrenheit.
  2. Wash and dry the mushroom caps and place them in a baking dish. I lined my baking dish with parchment for easy cleanup!
  3. Mix together the cream cheese, crab meat, salt, pepper, ½ cup of the Parmesan cheese and the minced scallions, until well combined.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps. It should stuff about 12 mushrooms. You may get a few more or less depending on your mushroom sizes.
  5. Top with the other ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese and bake at 350` F for about 20 minutes, or until they start to turn golden brown on top.
