  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce

How to cook:
  1. Place steaks on a rack so there is airflow above and below them. Season steaks with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Bring steaks to room temperature, about 2 hours.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 390-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. Dab any excess moisture off the surface of the steaks.
  4. Once the air fryer is preheated, place steaks in the air fryer and cook for 6 minutes. Flip steaks and cook for another 5-6 minutes. Total cook time will depend on the thickness of your steaks as well as your desired doneness.
  5. Once steaks have reached the desired doneness, remove from air fryer and let rest for 10 minutes, topped with the compound butter.
