After visiting the Caribbean, I fell in love with Jerk Chicken! This spicy, juicy burst of flavor was sooo good - I had to make it myself - but even easier in the air fryer!

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 4 tbsp Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning Paste
How to cook:
  1. Rub the spice over the chicken, both the back and front.
  2. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket or on the air fryer tray.
  3. Place the basket in the air fryer or the slide the tray into the air fryer.
  4. Set the temperature to 350 degrees F, for 8 minutes. Flip thighs and air fry another 8 minutes. Temp check them to 165.
  5. Serve with dirty rice and a salad - or on a salad!

  • ¼ cup jerk chicken marinade
  • ¼ cup jerk BBQ sauce
  • ½ teaspoon chilli flakes

How to cook:
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place the chicken thighs in a large mixing bowl and to it add; oil, chilli flakes, garlic, salt, and onion powder, mix together.
  3. Add the jerk marinade and mix again.
  4. Place the prepared chicken in the air fryer basket. Cook at 360°F for 17 minutes, turning halfway at 9 minutes.
  5. After 17 minutes, keep the chicken in the air fryer basket and brush it with jerk BBQ sauce.
  6. Return the chicken to the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes at 400°F.
  7. After 5 minutes, it is ready to be served.

  • 1 4-5 lb Bell & Evans Whole Chicken
  • 8 Green onions, chopped
  • 1 Yellow onion, chopped

  3. Rub sauce over chicken, and under skin. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  4. Brush the excess sauce off of the chicken. Place the chicken, breast-side-down in the air fryer basket. Cook at 350°F until light golden-brown, about 30 minutes. Flip the chicken over and cook for 30 to 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Allow the chicken to rest for 10 minutes before serving. Serve and enjoy.
