How to cook:
  1. Rinse the chicken wings and pat dry with paper towels. Add wings to a large bowl and toss with the olive oil to coat well.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until well combined. Add 2-3 tablespoons of the seasoning mixture to the wings and toss to coat well.

  • 2lbs chicken wings (~24) broken down into wingettes and drummies/drummettes
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 scant Tablespoons Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • pinch salt
  • Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
  • Ranch Dressing
  • BBQ Sauce
How to cook:
  1. Preheat Air Fryer to 360 degrees. Add trimmed chicken wings to a gallon-size Ziplock bag or large bowl then drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. ~1 Tablespoon or so. Add lemon pepper seasoning and salt then seal the bag, keeping the air inside, and shake to evenly coat.
  2. Arrange wings in the basket of the preheated Air Fryer - wings can be touching but not overlapping - you may need to cook in 2 batches.
  3. Air Fry for 18 minutes, shaking the basket vigorously every 6 minutes, or until the chicken wings are golden brown. Turn heat up to 390 degrees then cook for another 5-6 minutes, shaking the basket every 2 minutes, until wings are brown and crispy. Serve or toss with sauces.

How to cook:
  1. Basic Crispy Chicken Wings
  2. Place a wire rack onto a baking sheet. Use paper towels to pat chicken wings as dry as possible and place into a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together baking powder, salt, pepper, and paprika (and any additional flavor additions you'd like to use). Sprinkle over chicken wings and toss until wings are evenly coated.
  4. Place wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Refrigerate uncovered overnight, 12 to 24 hours.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Take wings from refrigerator and carefully place the individual wings in the air fryer making sure that there is space between them, lightly spritz with oil and cook them for 12 minutes then flip and cook for 12 more minutes.
  6. To give them that extra crispy exterior, increase the temp to 390-400 degrees Fahrenheit and finish off cooking these for another 5-6 minutes until crispy and brown and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Cooking time will vary based on the size of your chicken wings.
  7. Serve plain hot, or use desired sauces and variations.

How to cook:
  1. If using frozen wings, first make sure they are completely thawed.* Place the wings on a plate and pat them dry with paper towels. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook the wings in batches. If that's the case, only work with half the wings at a time, leaving the remaining wings in the refrigerator.
  2. If your air fryer has a rack that fits inside the basket, remove the rack before preheating the air fryer to 360°F. In a small bowl, combine the baking powder (NOT baking soda), garlic powder, sea salt, pepper, paprika, and chipotle powder.* Stir to mix well.
  3. Place half the wings in a gallon-sized Ziploc bag along with half the seasoning. Shake the bag to coat the wings. Repeat with the remaining half. Alternatively, you can use a spoon to sprinkle some of the dry mixture onto one side of the raw chicken wings, then flip each piece and coat the other side.
  4. Brush or spray the air fryer rack with avocado oil or coconut oil to prevent the wings from sticking. Place the seasoned wings onto the rack and place the rack into the air fryer basket. Cook at 360°F for 15 minutes.
  5. Flip the wings over and bump up the temperature to 400°F. Air fry for an additional 5-10 minutes or until they are cooked through.*
  6. Remove the wings from the air fryer and place them on a clean plate. If you have to air fry the second batch, tent the cooked wings with aluminum foil to keep them warm.
  7. Repeat steps 3-5 with the second batch of wings. Serve the wings as-is or with a 5-minute keto ranch dressing.
