- ½ cup powder sugar (50 g)
- ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 egg white
- ¼ teaspoon almond extract (use ½ teaspoon for more almond flavor)

- 2 cups fine almond flour (I used Bob’s Red Mills)
- 1 ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 1 large egg white
- 2 teaspoons almond extract

- 3 teaspoons water (optional)
