  • 175 g fat free natural yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ tbsp granulated sweetener
  • ½ lemon (juice and zest)
  • 2 eggs (you can use 1 egg if you prefer a slightly drier texture)
  • 50 g blueberries
