- 175 g fat free natural yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ tbsp granulated sweetener
- ½ lemon (juice and zest)
- 2 eggs (you can use 1 egg if you prefer a slightly drier texture)
- 50 g blueberries

- 175 g fat free natural yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 tbsp white granulated sweetener
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp low fat cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp reduced sugar maple blended fruit syrup (we use Clarks Original Maple Syrup with Carob)
