  • 1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can fat-free condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

How to cook:
  1. Saute ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. At the same time, fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rapid boil. Cook egg noodles at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, 7 to 9 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. Drain and discard any fat from the cooked beef. Stir condensed soup and garlic powder into the beef. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove beef from the heat. Add egg noodles and stir to combine. Stir in sour cream and season with salt and pepper.

  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 ½ cups beef broth
  • ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt ((or ¾ teaspoon table salt))
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon dried minced onion
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
How to cook:
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the egg noodles according to package directions and drain.
  2. While water is heating, brown hamburger, salt and dried minced onion in a large skillet.
  3. Sprinkle flour over the beef mixture and stir until flour coats the beef. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in beef broth and stir. Stir in thyme and parsley.
  5. Simmer until gravy thickens, about 5 minutes. If it's thicker than you'd like, add in a bit of pasta water to thin.
  6. Add egg noodles to gravy and stir to cover. Serve.

  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

How to cook:
  1. Dump the ground beef into a large saute pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Crumble the ground beef well as it cooks.
  3. Once the ground beef is fully cooked, drain the grease from the pan.
  4. Add the water to the pan with the cooked ground beef.
  5. Add the onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to the pan.
  6. Stir well and bring to a boil.
  7. Once the liquid is boiling, add the egg noodles to the pan.
  8. Spread the egg noodles out so that they are mostly submerged in the liquid.
  9. Place a lid on the pan and reduce heat to medium-low.
  10. Cook the noodles, covered, for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  11. After 8 minutes remove the lid and stir well.
  12. Add the cream of mushroom soup and stir until all of the noodles are coated in the soup.
  13. Remove the pan from the heat and add the butter.
  14. Stir until the butter is melted.
  15. Serve and enjoy!

  • 3 1/2 cups water
  • 4 cups egg noodles
  • 10.5 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup

  6. Add the egg noodles to the pot and gently spread them out until they are submerged in the liquid.
  7. Pour the cream of mushroom soup on top, followed by the salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
  8. Do not stir.
  9. Place the lid on the Instant Pot, turn the steam release handle to the sealing position and set the Instant Pot to Pressure Cook High for 2 minutes.
  10. Once the Instant Pot is done cooking, immediately turn the steam release handle to the venting position and do a quick release.
  11. Remove the lid and stir the contents of the pot.
  12. Add the butter to the pot and stir until it's melted.
  13. Add the shredded cheese and stir well.
  14. Allow the dish to sit for a few minutes to let the sauce thicken.
  15. Serve and enjoy!
