Ingredients:
- 220 g Beef Steak (Rump/Sirloin)
- 120 g Dry egg noodles (Or fresh egg noodles 240 g)
- 150 g Stir fry mix vegetables
- 2 slices Ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- ¼ tsp Baking soda
- 2 tsp Potato/Corn starch ( flour )
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 4 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 2 tsp Dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
How to cook:
- Soak the dry egg noodles in the hot water for 10-15 mins and drain the water out. Set aside. ( Please check the packet instructions. )
- Cut the beef steak into thin slices. Mix well with the ingredients in the beef marinate list. Set aside and marinate for 10-15 mins.
- In a small bowl mix all the ingredients in the sauce list. Set aside.
- Heat the pan into medium heat and add the garlic and stir for few seconds then add the ginger slices and stir for few seconds.
- Add the marinated beef and stir fry for 1-2 mins till the beef change into nice colour.
- Add the noodles and follow by the sauce mix. Stir fry for 1 min.
- Add the mix vegetables and continue stir fry for 2-3 mins till all the ingredients and sauce combine well.
- Add 1 tsp of sesame oil and 1 tsp of black pepper and stir well.

- 2 (7-ounce) refrigerated udon noodles, seasoning sauce packets discarded*
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 ounces beef top sirloin filet, thinly sliced across the grain
- 8 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 6 ounces broccoli florets
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1/3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
How to cook:
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, red pepper flake and ground black pepper; set aside.
- In a large pot of boiling water, cook udon noodles according to package instructions; drain well.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add beef and cook, flipping once, until browned, about 3-4 minutes; set aside.
- Stir in mushrooms, broccoli and carrots to the skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, until tender, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in udon noodles, beef and soy sauce mixture until well combined, about 2-3 minutes.

- Combine soy sauce, broth, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger in a small mixing bowl. Place half of the mixture in a gallon-sized Ziploc bag, add sliced beef, seal (pressing as much air out as you can), and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

- Add cornstarch to remaining mixture in bowl and stir until smooth, cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

- Prepare linguini noodles according to package directions. While noodles are cooking, heat 2 teaspoons oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add steak slices, discarding excess marinade. Stir-fry until just browned, remove steak from skillet and set aside.
- Fry
- Add remaining oil to the same skillet and stir-fry peppers, onion, carrots, and broccoli until onions become clear and soft. Add cabbage and beef to the skillet and cook until cabbage becomes soft.
- Toss
- When noodles are done cooking, drain and toss with beef/vegetable mixture, adding the reserved sauce mixture. Toss until noodles are coated in sauce. Top with sesame seeds and/or red pepper flakes (optional) and serve immediately.

- Mix the cornstarch and beef strips together in a bowl and leave them to sit for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix together the soy sauces, oyster sauce, and Shaoxing wine.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet. Add the beef strips and stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes, until starting to brown. Remove the beef and set it aside.
- Set the burner to medium heat, then add the sesame oil, ginger paste, red chili, green onions, and garlic to the wok. Stir fry for 40 seconds before adding the bok choy. Stir fry for another 20 seconds or so, then add the prepared sauce.
- Give it a good stir, then add the noodles and the beef.
- Mix well so all the ingredients and the sauce are combined with the noodles, and stir fry until the noodles are hot — around 1 to 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
