Quick and easy recipe for bread machine cinnamon rolls! Just set it, forget it, roll it out, and pop it in the oven when you're ready for warm rolls!

Ingredients:
  • Cinnamon Roll Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup of butter, melted
  • 3-1/3 cup of flour
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • ¾ teaspoons of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of yeast (check your date!)
  • ¾ cup of brown sugar
  • 3-3/4 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons of butter, set aside and soften
  • Icing Ingredients:
  • 3 teaspoons of milk
  • ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup of powdered sugar
How to cook:
  1. Layer yeast, flour, sugar, and salt in bread machine bowl. Add egg, milk, and water to melted butter. Pour over dry mixture.
  2. Cycle bread machine through dough cycle.
  3. When dough is done, roll out dough (using rolling pin) to ¼" on floured surface. Knead in flour so it is not too sticky, but dough should be fairly elastic.
  4. Mix cinnamon, brown sugar, and softened butter to form coarse mixture. Spread over dough.
  5. Tightly roll dough up into cylindrical tube.
  6. Using a sharp knife, cut dough into one-inch rounds and place tightly into greased 9x13 pyrex pan. Cover with a towel and let rise for 30 minutes in warm place.
  7. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Mix vanilla and powdered sugar. Slowly add milk until icing is right consistency - this will be a thin glaze-like icing. Spoon over cinnamon rolls while warm. Enjoy!!

  • 1 cup Warm Milk
  • 3 Tbsp Canola (any will do )
  • 1 Egg lightly beaten plus 2 eggs whites
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • 4 Cups Unbleached All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 3 Tsp Bread Machine Yeast
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • ¼ Cup Butter
  • 1½ Cups Confectioner Sugar
  • ¼ Tsp Salt
How to cook:
  1. Put the Dough ingredients in the bread machine bucket in the order listed
  2. once the dough cycle is finished, Roll dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle. (18x22 inch)
  3. In a separate bowl mix together cinnamon and brown sugar
  4. Brush the melted butter on top followed by the cinnamon and brown sugar mixture
  5. Roll up the dough tightly and cut into 14 equal rolls. Place in greased pan and Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until brown
  6. While your rolls are baking, Whip the cream cheese icing together with a hand mixer.

  • 2 eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup melted butter (salted)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar (divided, 1/4 cup used in filling)
  • 4 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 ½ teaspoons quick yeast (or bread machine yeast)
  • 1/2 cup salted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 cups powdered confectioner’s sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons corn syrup

How to cook:
  1. Cinnamon Rolls
  2. Place milk (heated to 115°F to 120°F), egg, melted butter and salt in the bread machine bowl.
  3. Add ½ cup of the sugar, followed by the flour, ending with the yeast.
  4. Set bread machine to dough setting.
  5. After dough been mixed, check dough consistency and add 1 tablespoon of flour if the dough is too sticky.
  6. When dough cycle has been completed (about 90 minutes depending on your bread machine), turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and allow to sit for 10 minutes.
  7. Preheat an oven to 375⁰F.
  8. Prepare baking dishes by coating with a non-stick cooking spray.
  9. After 10 minutes, roll dough out into a large rectangle. I make mine 26 X 19.
  10. Spread ½ cup softened butter over dough, leaving 1/2 of an inch border without butter.
  11. Cover butter evenly with brown sugar.
  12. Sprinkle cinnamon evenly over the brown sugar.
  13. Sprinkle ¼ cup white sugar over the cinnamon.
  14. Roll dough up, starting at the long end closest to you, pulling slightly towards you as you roll.
  15. Cut dough log into 1/2 to 1-inch slices.
  16. Place rolls cut side down, into prepared baking dishes.
  17. Allow rolls to rise until double in size, about 30 to 60 minutes.
  18. Bake in preheated 375⁰ F oven for 18 to 25 minutes or until the middle of the pan, between the rolls, are completely cooked.
  19. Remove from oven and ice as desired.
  20. Served warm.
  21. Leftover can be reheated in a microwave for 15 to 30 seconds.
