  • 1 head Broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 13 ounces Sausage
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

How to cook:
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Chop broccoli into bite sized pieces. Cut sausage into round slices.
  3. Combine broccoli and sausage in a large bowl. Top with olive oil, onion powder and garlic salt.
  4. Create 4 individual foil boats, divide broccoli & sausage into each of the boats.
  5. Top each with ¼ cup sharp cheddar cheese.
  6. Close the foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove and garnish with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes.

How to cook:
  1. 1. Heat gas or charcoal grill to high heat, about 400 degrees.

  • 1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
