  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce
How to cook:

  2. Preheat your oven to 425 F degrees.
  3. Place Brussels sprouts in a bowl and toss with the garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the sprouts on a baking sheet or cast iron pan and roast until they are nicely browned and tender, about 10-15 minutes.

  • 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

  • 6 slices bacon, cut into 1/2" strips
How to cook:
  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. In a large bowl, combine barbecue sauce with olive oil, garlic and paprika and whisk until smooth.

  • 4 strips bacon
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 1 pound brussels sprouts (cut in half with stems trimmed)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • BBQ Spice Rub (use your favorite bbq rub)
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce (use your favorite)

How to cook:
  1. Set up the grill for direct heat. Preheat a cast-iron skillet over direct heat.
  2. Add the bacon to the skillet and cook until the bacon is crisp; about 2-4 minutes.
  3. Remove the bacon from the skillet and allow it to drain on paper towels, reserving the bacon fat in the pan.
  4. Stir in the onions, brussels sprouts, tossing them around in the bacon fat. Add the garlic and bbq spice blend. Toss to coat.
  5. Cover the grill with the lid and grill the brussels sprouts for about 15 minutes, or until tender.
  6. Dice up the bacon and add it to the brussels sprouts and pour in the bbq sauce. Cook for another 5-10 minutes with the lid on.
  7. Remove the brussels sprouts from the grill. Season with salt and fresh cracked black pepper, to taste. Stir well.
  8. Serve hot with extra bbq sauce if desired.

  • 1 1/3 Cups Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup Honey
  • 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

  3. Heat oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add Brussels sprouts and allow to brown, about 3 minutes.
  4. Add onion and garlic and continue cooking another 2 minutes, or until onions are tender, stirring frequently. Add Easy BBQ Sauce and allow to heat through, about 5 minutes, or until Brussels sprouts reach desired tenderness.
