Ingredients:
  • 2 (8-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce (I like Frank’s Red Hot Sauce)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Iceberg lettuce leaves, optional
  • Blue cheese crumbles, optional

How to cook:
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place a wire baking rack on a large sheet pan.
  2. Pound each piece of chicken so it’s 1” thick. Slice each piece in half so you have four pieces that are approximately the same size.
  3. Whisk the egg in a shallow dish. In a seperate dish, mix the panko with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat each piece of the chicken in the egg and then place it in the panko. Coat it on all side with the panko – you may need to lightly press it to get it to stick to the chicken.
  5. Place the chicken on the wire rack and place the sheet pan in the oven. Bake the chicken for 20 to 30 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165°F.
  6. While the chicken bakes, make the blue cheese sauce. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Keep it in the refrigerator until the chicken is done baking.
  7. Pour the buffalo sauce in a shallow bowl. Carefully coat each piece of chicken in the sauce. Use tongs to move the chicken so you can coat it on all sides. Serve on buns with the lettuce, blue cheese sauce, and extra crumbles, if using.

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

How to cook:
  1. Chicken
  2. Place chicken between two large pieces of plastic wrap and gently pound the larger end to even thickness.
  3. Melt olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Pat chicken dry and season with paprika, chili powder and salt and pepper to taste. Cook chicken in the skillet, about 4 minutes per side or until no longer pink in the center.
  4. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter with the hot sauce. Stir to combine. When chicken is finished cooking, coat with the hot sauce mixture.
  5. Dressing
  6. In another small bowl, combine sour cream, Ranch dressing, crumbled blue cheese and sliced green onions.

  8. Split the buns and spread dressing mixture on both the tops and bottoms.

  • 2 large bonesless, skinless chicken breasts (or 3 medium)
  • dash(es) salt
  • dash(es) black pepper
  • 3 tablespoon(s) louisina hot sauce
  • 3 tablespoon(s) butter, melted
  • 2 cup(s) cornflake crumbs
  • 6 medium hamburger buns
  • 6 - iceburg lettuce leaves
  • - bottled ranch dressing
How to cook:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place a rack in a baking pan and spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
  2. Cut chicken lenghwise into 3 thin sections, making 6 total. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. In a medium bowl combine hot sauce and melted butter; mix. Place cornflake crumbs in another medium bowl. Dip chicken pieces in butter mixture, then in cornflake crumbs, covering both sides. You may have to use a spoon to spread the butter mixture over the surface of the chicken, covering both sides before dipping in crumbs.
  3. Place onto rack in pan. Cook 30 minutes, checking at 25 minutes to see if chicken is done. Don't overbake.
  4. Place a lettuce leaf, chicken piece, then ranch dressing on bottom half of a hamburger bun and top with the other half. Makes 6 sandwiches.

  • 1 bottle (12 ounces) FRANK'S RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce divided

  • 4 Kaiser rolls split

  6. SPREAD 2 tablespoons of blue cheese sauce mixture on top and bottom of each roll. Place chicken on roll and top with 1 tablespoon blue cheese crumbles. Add lettuce, tomato, and onion, if desired.
