  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 bag frozen mini cheese ravioli
  • oil in a spray bottle

How to cook:
  1. Put the eggs in a bowl and beat them with a fork to mix.
  2. Put the bread crumbs, cheese, garlic powder and salt in a bowl and mix it with a fork.
  3. Take a frozen ravioli out of the bag and dip it in the beaten egg.
  4. Then dip it in the bread crumb mixture, covering it well.
  5. Put it on a cutting board while you dip more.
  6. Once you have enough dipped to fill the basket preheat the air fryer at 400 degrees F for 3 minutes.
  7. Then add the ravioli to the basket in a single layer. Don't crowd them and don't stack them.
  8. Spray them with oil in a spray bottle.
  9. Cook at 400F for 7 minutes. After 3-4 minutes you can pull out the basket, flip them over, and spray them with more oil. This is optional, but it will make them a little bit crispier.
  10. If you want to cook the rest of the bag make another batch.
  11. Serve with marinara or other dipping sauce along with fresh herbs and more Parmesan cheese.

  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs

How to cook:
  1. In a medium bowl, combine eggs and water and whisk with a fork for a minute and set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl; combine panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix it well and set it aside.
  3. Take the frozen ravioli out from the bag and dip them in the egg mixture first and then coat them with the panko mixture until evenly coated. Repeat the same with the remaining ravioli.
  4. Meanwhile, preheat the air fryer for 390 degrees F for 5 minutes. Grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  5. Place the breaded ravioli in the air fryer basket without overcrowding it. Spray the cooking spray on the top of the ravioli.
  6. Air fry the ravioli for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy on the outside.
  7. Once done, garnish the ravioli with grated parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Serve the crispy ravioli with the marinara sauce on the side.

  • 2 eggs (large)
  • 1 cup Panko or bread crumbs (seasoned or plain)

How to cook:

  2. Using a shallow bowl, prep the egg wash by beating eggs until smooth and well combined, I added a teaspoon of water.

  4. In another shallow bowl, add the dry ingredients and mix together. Bread crumbs (or Panko), parmesan cheese, and all seasonings, use a fork to combine.
  5. Preheat Air Fryer
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 400f degrees and use a wire rack inside a sheet pan or line with wax paper or parchment paper for easy clean up. Line another baking sheet with parchment and preheat oven to 275F degrees to keep the freshly air fried toasted raviolis, well toasty.If you are good at multi-tasking, you can continue breading while you have raviolis toasting in the air fryer.
  7. Air Fry
  8. Remove toasted raviolis from air fryer to prepared sheet pan and keep warm in the oven, repeat until you have desired number of toasted raviolis.
  9. To serve, warm up the marinara sauce, I used Rao’s -- place in a bowl, sprinkle toasted ravioli with a little chopped Italian Parsley if desired.

  • 2 cups Italian breadcrumbs
  • oil for frying

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

How to cook:

  5. Add enough ravioli to the pot so it's not crowded (usually about 8-10 ravioli, depending on the size of your pot. Fry them until they're golden brown, about 3 minutes.
  6. Repeat until all of your ravioli are cooked.
  7. Place the fried ravioli on a serving platter, then sprinkle with the parmesan and parsley. Serve with a small dish of marinara sauce for dipping.
  8. To cook these in an air fryer, preheat your air fryer to 350F. Prepare as directed through step 3, then place the breaded ravioli in a single layer in the basket.
  9. Cook them for about 9 minutes or until they're golden brown and crispy. Repeat the process until all the ravioli have been fried.
  10. Prepare as directed through step 3, coat them with cooking spray, then bake at 400F for about 15 minutes, or until they're golden brown and hot. (Check them early and often to make sure the filling isn't oozing out the sides.)
