  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

How to cook:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and spray baking dish with non stick cooking spray or line with foil for easier clean up
  2. Add the eggs to a large mixing bowl, and beat slightly
  3. In a small bowl, mix the dried onions, garlic powder, salt and pepper together, and sprinkle over beef
  4. Add the ground beef, dried onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper BBQ sauce, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese, and mix gently with hands until combined
  5. Place in prepared casserole or baking dish, and form into loaf shape
  6. Bake for 1 hour, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees, according to meat thermometer. Add BBQ sauce to the top about halfway through cook time
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and allow to melt, then remover from oven, and serve
Notes: Cheese Stuffed Meatloaf, I do not think any cheese lover could say no to this gooey Cheese Stuffed Meatloaf. The Cheese just oozes out with every slice.

  3. To the bowl, add ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, 2 tablespoons ketchup, worcestershire sauce, egg, salt and pepper, and cheddar cubes. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf on the prepared baking sheet. Spread remaining 2 tablespoons of ketchup on top.
  5. Bake 40 - 45 minutes or until the inside reaches 160F. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 pounds ground pork
  • 12 eggs
  • 2 cups plain bread crumbs
  • 1 ounce olive oil
  • 3 ounces celery, chopped
  • 2 ounces red bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 ounces shiitake mushrooms, chopped
  • 3 ounces button mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 12 slices bacon
  • Mozzarella cheese slices
How to cook:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the turkey, beef, pork, eggs and breadcrumbs and fold ingredients until evenly combined.
  3. In a large saute pan over medium-high heat, add olive oil and heat. Add the celery, peppers and mushrooms and saute until translucent. Remove from heat and allow to completely cool. Once cooled, add to meat mixture along with garlic powder, cumin and salt and pepper, to taste, and combine.
  4. Place meat mixture into large loaf pan.
  5. In another small bowl, combine the ketchup, soy sauce and brown sugar and smooth and slather onto meat mixture, reserving some for basting. Top with bacon slices, place into preheated oven and cook for about 1 hour or until the meatloaf registers 180 degrees F when an instant-read thermometer is inserted into the center.
  6. Once the meatloaf is at 180 degrees F, remove from the oven, top with extra sauce and cheese slices and place back into oven just until the cheese melts. Remove from the oven, cut and serve.
  7. Cook's Note: If the sauce and bacon on the top starts to get too brown, cover the loaf pan with a piece of aluminum foil.
