- 200 grams spinach
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons natural yoghurt
- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 4 cloves garlic, unpeeled
- 1 handful fresh thyme
- 6 rashes streaky bacon

- 2 small chicken breasts, butterflied
- groundnut oil
- 1 tsp turmeric
- a squeeze lemon
- 200g pack Iceland Creamy Spiced Lentils
- a small bunch coriander, chopped
- to serve (optional) lemon wedges
