- 1 jar BBQ sauce
- salt & pepper, to taste
- hamburger buns, for serving
How to cook:
- Grease your slow cooker with cooking spray or drop in a liner.
- Add your chicken to the crockpot, then sprinkle with salt and pepper and cover with sauce. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 4-6 hours. We prefer low and slow!
- Shred the chicken with forks or an electric mixer, then serve on buns and enjoy!

- 1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce, we use Kinders
- 1/2 sweet onion sliced
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 6 buns or sandwich rolls
- 3 tablespoon butter softened
- 3 cups coleslaw
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 chipotle pepper, diced in adobo sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 (18 ounce) jar of your favorite barbecue sauce (I love K.C. Masterpiece!)
- 1 medium sweet onion, sliced
- 4 -6 hamburger buns
