  • 1 jar BBQ sauce
  • salt & pepper, to taste

How to cook:
  1. Grease your slow cooker with cooking spray or drop in a liner.
  2. Add your chicken to the crockpot, then sprinkle with salt and pepper and cover with sauce. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 4-6 hours. We prefer low and slow!

  • 1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce, we use Kinders
  • 1/2 sweet onion sliced
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 6 buns or sandwich rolls
  • 3 tablespoon butter softened

  • 1 chipotle pepper, diced in adobo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

How to cook:
  1. In a small bowl mix paprika, garlic powder salt, brown sugar, oregano, and mix until combined

  • 1 (18 ounce) jar of your favorite barbecue sauce (I love K.C. Masterpiece!)
  • 1 medium sweet onion, sliced
  • 4 -6 hamburger buns
