Ingredients:
- 3 Boneless chicken breast (about 2lb)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ Tablespoon Herbs de Provence
- 2 teaspoons garlic granules
- 1 Lemon juice + zest
- Salt and black pepper to taste

- Remove any unwanted fat from the chicken breast and transfer it to a Ziploc bag or a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic granules, Herbs de Provence, salt, and black pepper until combined
- Pour the chicken marinade over the chicken breast, and massage it gently with your hand until the chicken is well coated. Let it sit and marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 12 hours in the fridge.
- Preheat the air fryer at 390F/195C for 3-5 minutes then spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil. Place the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for a total of 18 to 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165F/74C flipping it halfway through.
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer basket to a plate, cover loosely with foil and leave to rest for about 5 minutes before cutting into it. Serve immediately with your favorite sides. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken leg quarters, bone-in, skin-on.
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
How to cook:
- Add dry ingredients to a large ziptop bag or a large bowl
- Pat chicken dry and trim any excess skin or fat. Add chicken to the bag or bowl with 1 teaspoon of oil and shake or mix well until the chicken is well coated with all the seasoning.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°(F) for 5 minutes.
- Place chicken in air fryer, skin side down, and set to air fry setting at 380°(F) for 20-25 minutes (depending on size of chicken quarters). Flip halfway through cooking time.
- When done, carefully remove chicken to a plate and let rest for 2-3 minutes before enjoying.
