How to cook:
  1. Flatten chicken breasts with a mallet and place on a plate. Sprinkle salt, crushed peppercorns and add ½ teaspoon chopped garlic. Rub well and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan.
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick grill pan.
  4. Add remaining garlic to the olive oil and sauté till light brown.Add onion and sauté till pink.
  5. Add tomatoes, mix well and cook for a minute.
  6. Place the marinated chicken breasts in the grill pan and grill till evenly done from both sides.
  7. Add salt to the tomatoes and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes.

How to cook:
  1. Preparation to Boil Spaghetti: Take a deep pan, filled with water.
  2. Boil the water and add 1 packet of spaghetti pasta.
  3. Quickly stir to avoid spaghetti clutter.
  4. Boil spaghetti for 8 minutes.
  5. Drain the hot water.
  6. Wash pasta with cold water.
  7. Drizzle little oil and mix well.
  8. Now keep it on side to move on the next step.
  9. Preparation to Make Chicken and Vegetables:
  10. In a pan, add oil (2 Tsp) and butter (2 Tsp) and heat it up.
  11. Add garlic paste (1 Tsp) in heated oil.
  12. Also, add chopped green chilies (3) and saute for a few minutes.
  13. Now add chicken pieces and give it a good stir.
  14. Add tomatoes, salt, red chili powder, and mix well.
  15. At the same time, add chicken stock or water and again mix.
  16. Now add vegetable finger slice carrots, capsicum, and sliced onion and mix well.
  17. Add red chili paste.
  18. Assembling: Now add boiled spaghetti.
  19. Check salt. Add if there is any requirement.
  20. Also, add dark soya sauce.
  21. Give it a good mix.

  • 1/4 cup Yogurt (thick )
  • 3/4 tablespoon Ginger (grated)
  • 3/4 tablespoon Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder (mild, adjust to taste )
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Turmeric (Haldi powder)
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala

How to cook:
  1. Marinate the chicken
  2. Combine all ingredients for the marinade (except chicken) in a bowl and mix well. Add chicken and mix well with the marinade. Let is rest for anywhere between 30 minutes to 8 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Instant Pot Method
  4. Start the instant pot in saute mode and let it heat. Add the oil to the instant pot. Add the onions and saute for 2 minutes. Then add ginger garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
  5. Add marinated chicken and spices for sauce. Mix and sauté for 3-4 minutes while stirring frequently. The chicken will change color slightly.
  6. Add half cup water and deglaze the pot making sure nothing is stuck to the bottom. Press cancel
  7. Break the spaghetti in half and layer on top of the chicken. Add the tomato puree on top of the spaghetti. Then add the remaining water. Do not stir. Make sure all the spaghetti is almost submerged in liquid.
  8. Close the lid with vent in sealing position. Change the instant pot setting to high pressure for 4 minutes. When the instant pot beeps, quick release the pressure.
  9. Add cream, kasoori methi and stir well. Garnish with cilantro and a drizzle of lime juice.
  10. Chicken tikka masala pasta is ready.
  11. Stovetop Method
  12. Boil the pasta in a pan according to package directions. Once boiled, set it aside. Reserve some pasta water from boiling to add later.
  13. Heat a large pan on medium heat. Once hot, add oil to it. Add the onions and saute for 2 minutes. Then add ginger garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
  14. Add marinated chicken and spices for sauce. Mix and sauté for 3-4 minutes while stirring frequently. The chicken will change color slightly.
  15. Add the tomato puree and stir well. Now cook on medium flame untile the chicken is cooked completely.
  16. Now add the boiled pasta and mix well. Add the reserved pasta water as needed to get the right consistency.
  17. Add kasuri methi and cream and mix with the pasta. Let the pasta simmer for 2-3 minutes with the sauce. Turn off heat.
  18. Garnish with cilantro and a drizzle of lime juice. Chicken tikka masala pasta is ready.

  • 100 grams Chicken breasts, cut into pieces
  • 5 Tomatoes, cut into half

How to cook:
  1. To begin making the Chicken Spaghetti in Tomato Basil Sauce Recipe, Wash the tomatoes and cut them into half, making sure the core and the stem are removed.
  2. Add the tomatoes in a blender and grind to form a smooth puree and keep it aside.
  3. To Cook the pasta keep a saucepan filled with water over a medium heat.
  4. Drop in the Spaghetti pasta and a pinch of salt and leave it to boil. Boil the pasta till it gets cooked until you get a biting consistency which is the al dente consistency
  5. Strain the water from the cooked penne pasta and rinse it under cold water. Drain all the water and drizzle olive oil over the pasta so it does not stick to each other.
  6. Heat a sauce pan with oil on medium flame, add garlic and onions, saute until they turn into a nice brown colour.
  7. Now add tomato puree and allow it to boil. Add sugar, red chilli flakes, dried rosemary, tarragon and basil leaves.
  8. When the sauce is reduced and the raw smell goes away, add chopped chicken pieces and saute them until they are done. Add boiled spaghetti and coat the pasta well. Serve the Chicken Spaghetti in Tomato Basil Sauce warm topped with coriander leaves
