  • 1 lb spaghetti (cooked)
  • 1 lb chicken (cooked and chopped)
  • 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • Parsley (optional)

How to cook:
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray a 9x13 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray, set aside. In large bowl whisk together soups, sour cream, butter, chicken broth, salt and pepper until combined.
  3. Fold in your chicken until coated.
  4. Add your spaghetti and toss to combine, pour into prepared baking dish and sprinkle with your cheeses.
  5. Bake in oven for 40-45 minutes until cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley if desired.

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans mushrooms, drained
  • ½ cup butter
  • 4 boneless chicken breast halves, cooked
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

How to cook:

How to cook:
  1. Saute
  2. Set the Instant Pot to "Saute." Add two tablespoons of butter to the Instant Pot and let it melt.
  3. Chop the chicken breast into small, bite sized pieces. Add the chicken breast to the butter in the Instant Pot and cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is slightly browned.
  4. Mushrooms
  5. Slice the mushrooms and add them to the Instant Pot. Cook for 2 minutes until slightly softened.
  6. Flour
  7. Add the flour and Italian seasoning. Stir and cook for 1 minutes.
  8. Spaghetti
  9. Add the chicken broth and spaghetti. You will likely need to break the spaghetti to get it to fit in the Instant Pot.
  10. Cover the Instant Pot and set to "high" pressure for 4 minutes.
  11. Release
  12. After 4 minutes, manually release the pressure.
  13. Serve
  14. Open the lid and add the sour cream and parmesan cheese. Stir to thicken the soup and to combine the cheese in the pasta. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
