- 1 can (10 oz each) Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained
- 1 pkg (16 oz each) Velveeta®, cut into cubes
How to cook:
- Combine chili, drained tomatoes and Velveeta in medium saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until Velveeta is melted completely and mixture is blended, stirring frequently.
- Serve warm as a dip with tortilla chips, crackers or cut-up fresh vegetables.

- 2 cups of chili or 15 ounce can of chili - no beans
- 1/2 cup picante sauce
- Sliced green onions, optional garnish
- tortilla chips or Fritos for serving

- 1 (2 lb) package Velveeta cheese, Cubed
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans of hormel chili without beans
- 2 (4 ounce) cans of la preferida green chilies, Diced

- If cooking in the oven, pre-heat to 350 F andadd ingredients to a throwaway aluminum pan. Cook until cheese cubes are melted.
- If using a crock-pot, add ingredients and cook on med-hi until cheese cubes are melted.
- Serve dip with tortilla chips and Enjoy!
