Ingredients:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg plus 1 egg yolk, room temperature
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon molasses
- 2 cups plus 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
- ¾ cup mini marshmallows

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer cream together butter and sugars. Scrape down sides of the bowl and mix in the eggs, one at a time.
- Add vanilla and molasses and continue to beat together.
- In another bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt. Add flour mixture to the butter mixture and stir together until completely mixed together, but do not overmix.
- Fold in the cereal, chocolate chips and marshmallows until fully incorporated. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour.
- Drop 2 ½ tablespoon sized dollops onto a baking sheet lined with parchment, about 1 inch apart from one another (the cookies will spread).
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cookies have just begun to brown.
- Allow cookies to cool for at least 5 minutes before serving. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

How to cook:
- Mix together sugars and butter.

- 6 cups krispie rice cereal
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
- 5 1/2 cup mini marshmallows (1 - 10 oz. bag)
- 5 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

- Lightly spray a 9x13" pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.
- To a large mixing bowl, measure out the rice cereal and the peanut butter chips, lightly toss together to distribute the peanut butter chips evenly into the cereal. Set aside.
- In a microwave safe bowl, add the marshmallows, butter and 3/4 cup cream peanut butter. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Using a rubber scraper, stir the mixture. Heat for another 30-45 seconds or until the mixture is just melted. Don't let the mixture bubble or boil. Stir.
- Pour the melted marshmallow mixture into the cereal mixture, and stir well to coat the cereal completely. You'll need to work quickly, as the mixture cools it will begin to harden.
- Pour the coated cereal mixture into the prepared pan. Light spray your hands with non-stick spray to prevent them from sticking. Using your hands, evenly press into the bottom of the prepared pan. Set pan aside.
- In a microwave safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and 1/3 cup of peanut butter. Heat on high for 1 minute. Stop to stir with a rubber scraper. Heat for another 30 seconds or until mixture is melted. Stir well to incorporate. Pour the melted chocolate topping over the top of the cereal treats, spread evenly.
- Let cool to room temperature for the chocolate to harden. Once set, the treats can be cut into squares.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl using an electric mixer, cream butter and both granulated and brown until fluffy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth.
- Stir in the baking soda and salt.
- Fold in the flour, just until combined.

- Using a 1 ½ tablespoon cookie scoop place the dough onto your cookie sheet.
- Top each one with any leftover chocolate chips, M&Ms and sprinkles if desired.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Cool slightly before transferring to a wire cooling rack.
