- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Line 8-inch square pan with foil.

- Combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and salt in heavy saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter chips; stir quickly just to distribute chips throughout mixture. Spread evenly in prepared pan.

- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Remove from pan; peel off foil. Cut into squares. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. NOTE: For best results, do not double this recipe.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (250g) smooth peanut butter
- 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon salt
- (60ml) ¼ cup milk
- 650g sifted confectioners' sugar
- 100g dark chocolate chips
How to cook:
- Line an 8 inch square brownie tin with aluminium foil, and set aside.
- Place the peanut butter, unsalted butter, vanilla extract, and salt in a medium sized saucepan over a medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. Once completely melted, remove from the heat, and add half the sifted icing sugar, and stir well. Add the milk, mixing well, and then stir in the remaining icing sugar.
- Spoon half of the fudge into the lined tin, and smooth out. Press the chocolate chips into the fudge layer, and then spoon the remaining fudge in top. Smooth out the top with a palette knife, and then pop in the fridge to set for 3-4 hours. Once set, remove from the tin and chop into 1 inch squares.
