  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

How to cook:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Put all ingredients in blender. Blend the heck out of it.
  3. Pour into 9" buttered pan.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
  6. To really gild the lily, serve with a dollop of Cool Whip or whipped cream.

  • ½ Cup Shredded Coconut (unsweetened)
  • ½ Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

How to cook:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease your pie pan with butter or non stick cooking spray

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 3 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup Cool Whip frozen whipped topping, thawed

How to cook:
