  • 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • optional: 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

How to cook:
  1. In a medium bowl, beat room temperature cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Be sure to scrape the sides of the bowl and the beater a few times along the way.
  2. Slowly add the condensed milk, beating after each addition until it is incorporated fully.
  3. Mix in sour cream.
  4. Spoon the cream cheese mixture on top of prepared crust.
  5. Chill for at least 3 hours, though longer is better, before serving.

  • 3 cups unsweetened flake coconut ((desiccated coconut) plus more for rolling)
  • 14 ounce sweetened condensed milk
  • whole almonds (roasted and unsalted (optional))
  • 8 ounces dark chocolate (semisweet or bittersweet (optional))
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil ((optional))

How to cook:
  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside
  2. In a large bowl, add the 1 ½ cups coconut and sweetened condensed milk. Stir together until well combined
  3. Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop out the coconut mixture and squeeze together in your hands, making sure the mixture forms a ball. Roll between your palms until smooth. Roll in extra coconut, if desired. Repeat with remaining mixture, placing the coconut balls on the prepared baking tray. Place in the fridge to chill 30-60 minutes
  4. Optional: In a small bowl, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring well in between, until melted and smooth
  5. Optional: Place a whole almond on top of each coconut ball, pressing gently into the top. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the coconut balls until evenly coated, if desired. Sprinkle the tops with more coconut, if desired
  6. Place in the fridge or leave at room temperature about an hour or until the chocolate sets

How to cook:
  1. Prepare the pan. Prepare a 9 x 9-inch pan lined with wax paper.
  2. Combine the peanut butter with some condensed milk. In a small bowl, mix peanut butter with about 3 tbsp. sweetened condensed milk, stirring until smooth. Add additional sweetened condensed milk if needed to thin. Set aside.
  3. Blend the chocolate. Add chocolate to a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl. Add the remaining sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
  4. ⭐️Heat. Microwave for 90 seconds then stir. Continue heating in 30-second increments until smooth. Do not overheat. Pour chocolate mixture into wax paper-lined 9x9 inch pan, and spread until even.
  5. Spread. Scoop peanut butter mixture onto of chocolate mixture. Using a spoon, carefully spread across the top of the chocolate. Let cool.
  6. Serve. To remove fudge, lift wax paper from pan and slice.
