  • Chili powder
  • 1 package Mushroom soup mix
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
How to cook:
  1. First of all, preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and then spray a baking dish with cooking oil.
  2. In a pan, melt 2 sticks of butter on medium heat and sauté the onions for 4-5 minutes until they become tender. In a bowl, beat 1 egg and add it to the pan with the onions and cook for another minute.
  3. Place your broccoli in a steamer and steam it for 5-6 minutes and then drain it well and add 1 cup of cheddar cheese, mushroom soup mix, chili powder, and salt to taste.
  4. Add this mixture to the pan with onions and mix all the ingredients well. Now spread the mixture in a baking dish, sprinkle 1 cup of cheddar cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes until it turns golden brown.
