  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
How to cook:
  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place in a bowl with marinade. Soak for 30 minutes.

  • 2 pound boneless (skinless chicken breasts pounded thin)
  • 1/2 cup milk or buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 celery salt
  • 4 buns
  • toppings such as lettuce (tomato, cheese)
How to cook:
  1. Place the chicken in a bowl with the buttermilk.

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1 inch chunks
  • ½ cup dill pickle juice
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon seasoning salt

How to cook:
  1. Remove any fat from chicken and cut chicken into bite sized pieces.

  • ½ cup dill pickle juice
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

How to cook:
  1. Cut the breasts in half lengthwise, set aside.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together the pickle juice, milk, powdered sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, salt, and paprika.
  3. Add the chicken to the marinade and coat the chicken. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, up to 4 hours.
  4. While the chicken is marinating, make the sauce. In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, bbq sauce, honey, dijon, lemon juice, and paprika. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  5. Preheat the grill over medium heat. Cook the chicken, flipping occasionally until an internal temperature reaches 165°F in the thickest part of the breast, up to 15 minutes total. Take off the heat and top each piece of chicken with a slice of cheese to melt slightly.
  6. To assemble, remove the tops off the buns, add lettuce and a tomato slice on top. Add a piece of chicken followed by a slice cheese and a piece of bacon (broken in half so it fits.)
  7. Spread the honey roasted bbq sauce on the bottom side of the top bun. Top off the sandwiches and enjoy!
