  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

  • 2 cans Campbell's cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable oil for cooking

How to cook:
  1. Rinse pork chops and set aside.
  2. In a large zip lock bag or a shallow dish, mix together flour, dry mustard, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. In a large skillet over medium high heat place 2 Tablespoons of vegetable oil.
  4. Dredge the pork chops in the flour mixture making sure they are completely coated.
  5. Fry pork chop in hot skillet, on each side, till golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Place pork chops in the bottom of your crock pot.
  7. In a medium bowl mix together the soup and milk till creamy and well blended.
  8. Pour over pork chops.
  9. Cover and bake 4-6 hours on low.
  10. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.

How to cook:
  1. Make a sauce by combining all the ingredients, except pork chops.
  2. Lightly oil the bottom of the crock pot. Place pork chops in crock pot and drizzle the sauce over the chops.

  • 1 cup cherry jam, seedless raspberry is delicious, too
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries
  • 2-3 pounds pork chops
  • kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh cherries, plus a few for garnish, optional
How to cook:
  1. Place sauce ingredients in slow cooker, stir to combine.
  2. Preheat large skillet over medium-high heat. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Heat oil in skillet, add pork chops. Cook until well-browned on both sides, flipping once. Remove from skillet and place in slow cooker. (This may have to be done in batches; don't crowd your pan).
