  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 10.75 ounce can cream of chicken soup
  • 10.5 ounce can French onion soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 ½-2 pounds cube steak ((about 3-4 cubed steaks))
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons cold water

How to cook:
  1. In the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker, combine cream of chicken soup, French Onion soup, packet of au jus and water. Stir well.
  2. Put cubed steak in slow cooker with gravy mixture.
  3. Cover slow cooker and cook steak on low for 6-8 hours.
  4. After cooking, it's time to thicken gravy. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and cold water. Stir mixture into crock pot.
  5. Turn the setting to high and cook for 30 minutes (until gravy is thickened.)

  2. Combine the cans of cream of mushroom condensed soup with the Lipton Onion Soup Mix and ground black pepper (plus water if desired) in your crock pot. Mix until well combined.

  4. Stir the cornstarch mixture into the crock pot and cook on high for 1 hour to help thicken your gravy.
  5. While the sauce is thickening, cook the egg noodles based on the package instructions.
  6. Serve the steak and gravy over the egg noodles and enjoy!

  2. Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large nonstick pan. Brown cubed steak on both sides. Transfer to a 6-quart slow cooker.
  3. Place onion on top of cubed steak.
  4. Mix together condensed soup, water, and both gravy packets. Pour into slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 6 hours.
