Peanut Butter-Brownie Dessert

You can't go wrong with peanut butter and chocolate brownies. This party-sized dessert features a moist chocolate brownie base topped with a creamy peanut butter layer.
Yields: 0 servings

How to cook:

1. Prepare brownie as directed ; pour into 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Bake 40 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean, Cool completely.
2. Cut out middle,
3. Beat pudding mixes and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Add 2/3 cup peanut butter; mix well. Stir in Cool Whip. Spoon onto brownie; top with reserved brownie pieces.
4. Microwave remaining peanut butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.; stir. Drizzle over dessert. Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.

Decadent chewy fudge and peanut butter brownies

Chewy moist brownie, stuffed with Nutella and creamy peanut butter, topped with mild chocolate frosting.

How to cook:

1. Preheat oven to 350*.
2. Mix brownie mix in large bowl with egg, oil and water. Mix by hand for about 50 strokes.
3. Line muffin tin with cupcake liners. Add 3/4 of mix to each liner. Bake for 30 min.
4. Let cool. With piping bag fill one side of bag with Nutella and one side with peanut butter to mix both flavors. Pipe int center of brownies.
5. Top with icing and sprinkled and Enjoy!

Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie Cookies

A perfect marriage of rich chocolate and creamy peanut butter, easy to make and easier to share.

How to cook:

1. Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, beat brownie mix, with melted butter, cream cheese and egg, by hand until well blended.
2. Drop dough onto ungreased cookie sheets about 2 inches apart. Should make 24 cookies.
3. In small bowl mix powdered sugar and peanut butter together and roll into 24 balls. Lightly press peanut butter balls into surface of uncooked brownie cookies and bake for 10 to 14 minutes or until edges are set.
4. Cool completely on cookie sheets. Transfer to wire rack. For easy clean up place wax paper or parchment paper under wire rack.
5. Place 6 tablespoons of frosting into a microwave safe container and melt (30 seconds), drizzle melted chocolate over top of cookies. Cool.

How to cook:

1. Preheat oven to 350 ºF. Place paper baking cups in muffin pans.
2. Combine brownie mix, fudge packet from mix, eggs, water and oil in a large bowl. Stir with spoon until well blended, about 50 strokes. Place 2 level measuring tablespoons batter in each paper liner.
3. Bake at 350 ºF for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Push 1 peanut butter cup candy into centre of each cupcake until even with surface of brownie. Bake 5 to 7 minutes. Remove to cooling racks. Cool completely.
