  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 16 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 5 green onions, chopped
  • 1 small bell pepper, sliced (green or red)
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch thyme
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

How to cook:
  1. Take your thawed deer roast and add meat tenderizer. Wrap the roast in bacon slices. Make sure you wrap the bacon is wrapped all the way around the roast.   • 1 1/2 lb venison roast
  • 1 tsp ground thyme
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp rosemary (fresh )
  • 6 cloves garlic (peeled and cut in half )
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 c Water
