These Two Ingredient Dough Pretzel Bites are so quick and easy to prepare. The miracle dough is made with greek yoghurt and self-raising flour - no yeast or proofing time required! Make these delicious bite-sized pretzels in the oven or the air fryer in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek Yoghurt
- 1.5 cups Self-Raising / Self-Rising Flour (+ extra for flouring surface etc)
- 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
- Pretzel Salt / Flakey Sea Salt, to taste

- Preheat the oven to 180C / 350F and line a baking tray with baking paper or a silicone mat.
- Place 1 cup of Greek yoghurt in a mixing bowl and give it a stir. Then add in 1 cup of flour and mix to combine.
- At this point you need to gradually add more flour in until the dough holds together in a ball shape. Usually this will be between 1/2 – 3/4 of a cup more, but it is dependent on how wet your yoghurt was to start off with.
- Turn your ball of dough onto a well floured surface and knead until well combined. If it’s still a little too sticky, continue to mix in flour until you reach the right consistency. The dough should be able to hold it’s shape and not stick to your surface.
- Cut the dough into 4 even pieces. Roll each piece out into a long rope shape, then cut each rope into equal bite-sized pieces. I usually get 8 pieces per rope, 32 altogether.
- Place the pretzel bites on the prepared baking tray, then bake for 20 minutes, or until golden. Brush the pretzel bites with melted butter and sprinkle with salt.

- Transfer the bites to a plate or tray and brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt.
