Use just about any fruit -- we like watermelon, grapefruit, kiwi, or pomegranate -- to make these simple, refreshing treats.

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 cups fruit juice, nectar, or puree, such as watermelon, grapefruit, or pineapple

How to cook:
  1. In a small saucepan, bring sugar and 1/3 cup water to a boil over high, stirring until sugar dissolves. Transfer to a 4-cup liquid measuring cup or medium bowl and refrigerate until cool, 30 minutes. Stir in juice. Pour mixture into eight 3-ounce ice-pop molds. Insert ice-pop sticks and freeze until solid, 6 hours (or up to 2 weeks).

  • 1 cup Florida Orange Juice
  • 1/3 cup pineapple juice
  • 8 strawberries
  • 8 raspberries

How to cook:
  1. In a measuring cup, mix together 100% orange juice and pineapple juice. Set aside.

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2-4 sweet large sweet ripe yellow mangoes (depends on size - the more mango you use, the stronger the flavour)
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • *4-6 tbsp condensed milk (adjust to your sweetness)
How to cook:
  1. Add mango, condensed milk, and evaporated milk to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add water and cornstarch to a pot. Whisk until cornstarch is fully dissolved. Add pot to stovetop on medium heat and add in the blended mango mixture.
  3. Continue whisking as the mixture comes to a light simmer and begins to thicken.
  4. Once mixture the thickened, allow it to cool down and come to room temperature. Stir to remove any lumps.
  5. Using a ladle and funnel, carefully add cooled mango mixture to ice candy bags. Tie with a knot and place in a container. Freeze for at least 12 hours.
