  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped onions
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped carrots
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped green capsicum
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped french beans
  • 1 tbsp deseeded finely chopped tomato
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp red chili powder
  • ¼ tsp ginger garlic paste
  • ¼ tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 2 packets of maggi noodles
  • 2 sachets of maggi masala ((comes with the noodles pack))

How to cook:
  1. Take a pan, add oil and heat it.
  2. Add finely chopped onions, finely chopped carrots, finely chopped green capsicum, finely chopped french beans, deseeded finely chopped tomato.
  3. Saute the veggies for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add salt to taste, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste.
  5. Add black pepper powder.
  6. Mix and saute for a few seconds.
  7. Add 2 eggs.
  8. Let them cook for a few seconds.
  9. Scramble and cook the eggs for a minute.
  10. Add 1.5 cups of water. Can add more for more thin consistency.
  11. Bring it to a boil.
  12. Add 2 sachets of maggi masala.
  13. Stir everything.
  14. Add 2 packets of maggi noodles.
  15. Cook for few seconds.
  16. Break the noodles or cook as it is.
  17. Mix.
  18. Cook the maggi until the water gets absorbed at least for 4-5 minutes.
  19. Do not overcook and make it soggy.
  20. Switch off the flame.
  21. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  22. Serve hot.

  • 250 grams Maggi
  • ½ cup Chopped onion (1 medium size)
  • ½ cup Chopped tomato (1 medium size)
  • 4 tablespoon Corn (fresh or frozen) (½ cup)
  • 2 tablespoon Green peas (fresh or frozen) (¼ cup)
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Carrots (¼ cup)
  • 3 tablespoon Chopped Capsicum (½ cup)
  • 2 nos. Eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Maggi masala
  • 2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 no. Green chiili (Chopped)
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dark soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped coriander
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • Salt (as per taste)

How to cook:

  2. First, boil 4 cups of water in a cooking pot. Then add maggi in it, and allow to cook for 2 to 3 minutes, but cook carefully don't overcook maggi.
  3. After that pour cooked Maggi into a colander. Drain all hot water and wash cooked maggi gently with normal water then keep aside.
  4. Heat ½ tablespoon oil in a kadhai, then scramble the two eggs in a kadhai. Cook it for 1 minute by stirring. The scrambled eggs are done when they are thickened and no visible liquid egg remains. Then remove it from the kadhai and keep it aside.
  5. Further, remove it from the kadhai and keep it aside. Next, heat 1½ tablespoon oil in a kadhai, then add chopped onion and green chilli and fry it till it turns golden brown.
  6. Now, add chopped carrot, green peas and chopped capsicum. Saute it well.

  10. Mix all ingredients well and cook for 2 minutes. Then add red chilli powder, salt, maggi masala. Now cook all the ingredients for another 2 minutes.
  11. Add 1 teaspoon dark soya sauce to it and mix well.
  12. Now it's time to add maggi in it, add maggi carefully in it, because, it is all ready cooked. Add gently otherwise it gets smashed.
  13. Along with maggi add chopped coriander.
  14. Finally, add scrambled eggs to it and mix well.
  15. Now, your egg bhurji maggi is ready to serve.
  16. Serve hot egg bhurji maggi noodles with your favourite sauce or ketchup.

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 Large onion (chopped)
  • 1 Tomato (medium-size, chopped)

How to cook:
  1. Take a saucepan and add water to it. Bring the water to boil and add the noodles to the pan. Mix well and cook the noodles for 4-5 minutes while stirring occasionally. Drain the noodles once done and keep them aside.
  2. Take a pan and heat some oil. Then add the onions, green chillies, ginger and cook until they turn soft. Then add the tomatoes and cook until its rawness is gone. Add turmeric powder, Maggi masala maker and salt. Stir the mixture.
  3. Crack the eggs in a bowl and give them a whisk. Add the eggs to the pan. Take a fork and scramble the eggs. Cook the eggs on a medium flame for a minute or two.
  4. Lastly, add the cooked Maggi noodles to the pan and mix all the ingredients. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
