Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken Brest
- 6 tbsp Whipped Cream Cheese
- 1 tbsp Franks RedHot Seasoning
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
How to cook:
- Preheat Oven @ 375°
- Pat dry your Chicken Brest & season both sides with salt and pepper. (I like to cut my chicken brest in half with the Close & Cut so they are evenly thin! Do what you like best)
- Spray your veggies with some oil! I love using my Kitchen Spritzer! (You can even infuse your own oils with is!) Season with salt.
- In a small bowl, with a Stainless Steel Mini Whipper, mix to together your Parmesan Cheese & Frank's RedHot Seasoning.
- With a Skinny Scraper, evenly spread the cream cheese on top of each piece of chicken.
- Sprinkle the cheese & seasoning mixture on top of the cream cheese, press down a little so it sticks nice.
- Bake everything on the Medium Stone Bar Pan for about 35 minutes or until Chicken is cooked to temp. Use the Instant Read Food Thermometer right in your oven for perfectly cooked meat every time!
- *** If you are Roasting your veggies in the Air Fryer, I did about 8 minutes.
- ENJOY!
