- 1 tablespoon tandoori seasoning
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- 1 squeeze lemon juice
- salt to taste
How to cook:
- Dry off the chicken wings by patting with paper towel. Season generously all over with salt and the tandoori seasoning.
- To create the marinade stir together yogurt, garlic, lemon juice. Add to seasoned wings and toss to coat evenly. Cover and let marinate in the fridge for a minimum of 1/2 hour and up to 8 hours (overnight).
- Then remove the wings from the marinade and let excess drip off.
- ActiFry:
- Place the marinated chicken wings inside the Actifry. Close the lid and turn on for 30 minutes (Setting 6).
- Basket Air Fryer:
- Cook the chicken wings in a single layer at 400°F for 16-20 minutes. Shake the basket to flip the wings at the 10 minute mark.
- Air Fryer Lid:
- Place trivet in inner steel pot of pressure cooker. Place marinated chicken wings in a single layer on the trivet (work in batches).
