  • 1 (12 oz) box tri-color rotini pasta
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, (halved)
  • 1 1/2 cups diced English cucumber
  • 1 1/2 cups tiny chopped broccoli florets
  • 1 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 1 cup olives, (sliced)
  • 3/4 cup thinly sliced baby carrots
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/3 cups bottled Italian salad dressing ((I prefer Kraft with this recipe))

How to cook:
  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions to al dente but do not season water with salt (the dressing has plenty). Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Pour pasta into a bowl, add tomatoes, broccoli, bell pepper, olives, cucumber, carrots, red onion and parmesan.
  3. Pour dressing over and toss to evenly coat.
  4. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes (or up to 1 day). Add a little more dressing if needed.

  • 16 ounces garden rotini - cooked (drained and cooled)
  • 1 bell pepper - diced (any color)
  • 6 medium tomatoes - diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion- diced
  • 6 ounces black olives
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese - chunked
  • 1 cup ham - diced (optional)
  • 1 cup pepperoni - diced (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1.2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 cup white vinegar
  • 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
How to cook:
  1. Cook pasta, drain and cool.
  2. prepare all vegetables, cheese, olives and meat and add to a bowl with the cooled pasta.
  3. In a bowl, add Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, sugar, white vinegar, balsamic vinegar and olive oil and whisk together.
  4. Pour over pasta mixture and stir well.
  5. Serve chilled.
  6. Enjoy!

  • 1 box garden rotini pasta
  • 1 large bottle zesty Italian salad dressing
  • 1 bottle salad seasonings
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 each..red, yellow and orange bell pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 large purple/red onion
  • 1 1/2 bunches of broccoli
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 small bag peeled baby carrots
How to cook:
  1. Boil pasta.
  2. While pasta is boiling, chop veggies into bite size pieces, place in large bowl.
  3. Drain and rinse pasta, add to veggies.
  4. Add seasonings and dressing.

  • 12 ounces Tricolor Rotini Pasta (cooked to package directions for al-dente)
  • ½ teaspoon Salt (or to taste, plus 1 tablespoon for the pasta water (we use kosher salt))
  • ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Garlic Clove (grated or minced finely)
  • ¼ teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper (or to taste)
  • 2 Large Tomatoes (seeded and diced)
  • 1 Cucumber (peeled, seeded, quartered and cut into slices)

How to cook:
  1. Cook the tricolor rotini pasta to package directions for al-dente, remember to salt the water. When the pasta is done, drain and allow it to cool.
  2. Cut the cucumber and the tomatoes into bite sized pieces. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Make the dressing - In a small jar, or a container with a tight fitting lid, add the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, grated garlic, dried oregano salt and black pepper. Cover the container and shake vigorously to mix.
  4. Make the garden pasta salad - In a large bowl combine the pasta, tomatoes, cucumbers, and the dressing. Toss the pasta salad gently to combine the ingredients well.
  5. Try the garden pasta salad, and add salt to taste, only if needed.
  6. Refrigerate the pasta salad until ready to serve.
