  • 2 level teaspoons grated ginger
  • 370 grams rice
  • 1 Large carrot, cut into chunks

  • 4 eggs, Whilsked
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp Wine Vinegar
  • 30 grams olive oil
  • 4 slices Cooked Ham, Diced
  • 1000 grams water

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 stick Celery
  • 1 cauliflower florets, (small handful)
  • 100 g Frozen Corn Kernals
  • 200 g frozen peas
  • 20 g sesame oil
  • 1/2 brown onion, peeled
  • 300 g basmati rice, washed
  • 150 g chopped bacon pieces
  • 1 teaspoons Minced garlic, (from a jar is fine)
  • 900 g water
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce GF
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce GF
How to cook:

  • 1/4 cauliflower, cut into florettes
  • 2 stalks Celery, roughly chopped
  • 2 carrots, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 red capsicum, cut into 4 peices
  • 4 sprigs flat leaf parsley, leaves only
  • 2 sprigs basil, fresh, leaves only
  • 150 g Frozen Corn Kernals
  • 150 g frozen peas
  • 1 brown onion, peeled and quartered
  • 1-2 red chillies, halved, (Optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4-6 Bacon rashers (rindless, short cut), cut into thirds
  • 20 g Rice Bran Oil
  • dash sesame oil
  • 900 g water
  • 350 g Jasmine Rice or Basmati rice
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • soy sauce
  • Kecap Manis (dark sweet soy sauce)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • BBQ Chicken meat, chopped, (Optional extra)
How to cook:

  • 4 clove Garlic, peeled & chopped
