- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup milk
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl mix the rice, dry onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, mushroom pieces and milk.
- Place the chicken pieces in a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour the mushroom mixture over the chicken. Cover and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for 15 more minutes.

- 1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper sauce
- 1 (2 1/2 lb.) whole chicken, cut into serving pieces
- 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Golden Onion Soup Mix
- 1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
How to cook:
- 1. Pour buttermilk and pepper sauce over chicken in large, shallow nonaluminum baking dish or resealable plastic bag. Cover, or close bag, and refrigerate, turning occasionally, 1 hour or up to 24 hours. Remove chicken, discarding buttermilk mixture.
- 2. Preheat oven to 375°. Spray large shallow baking pan with no-stick cooking spray. Combine Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Golden Onion Soup Mix, corn flake crumbs and black pepper In shallow dish. Dip chicken in corn flake mixture, coating well.
- 3. Arrange chicken in prepared pan; spray chicken with no-stick cooking spray. Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

- 2 medium-large boneless skinless chicken breasts, each cut into 3 pieces
- 2 cups white rice
- 2 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 packet (1-oz) Lipton onion soup mix
- 2 cups homemade cream of chicken soup (or 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup plus 1 can water)
- 1/2 cup French onion sour cream dip
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fried onions for topping

- In the insert pot of the Instant Pot, combine chicken breast pieces, white rice and chicken broth.
- Add in onion soup mix, stirring to combine everything well.
- Close lid and set vent to closed position. Select a cook time of 3 minutes at high pressure.
- After the cook time is complete, allow a natural release of pressure. Once the pressure has released and the valve has dropped, carefully remove the lid.
- Remove the chicken breast pieces to a cutting board.
- Whisk together the homemade cream of chicken soup and french onion dip. Pour this into the rice mixture along with the mozzarella cheese. Stir to combine until creamy and the cheese has melted.
- Shred or chop the chicken and return to the rice mixture, stirring to combine.
- Serve topped with fried onions.
