  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 3/4 cup shredded Gruyere cheese (or your favorite cheese)
  • 1 cup ham, finely chopped
  • 3 cups coarsley chopped fresh broccoli
How to cook:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. In the baking dish, toss together gruyere cheese, ham, and broccoli. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and seasonings. Pour mixture over ham and gently move ham and cheese until the egg mixture is evenly distributed. Bake for 45 minutes or until the eggs are completely set. Remove from the oven and allow the quiche to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

  • 5 Eggs
  • 1 c Heavy whipping cream
  • 5 oz Cubed ham
  • ½ c Diced onion
  • 1 Scallion chopped
  • 2 Cloves minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ c Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 c Cheddar cheese shredded
How to cook:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Heat an oven safe skillet over medium heat on the stove.
  3. Add in the cubed ham and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Mix in the garlic and scallions, and cook for 30 seconds more before removing the skillet from the heat.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy whipping cream.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the meat in the skillet.
  7. Top with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Sprinkle on the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
  9. Place the skillet into the oven, and bake for 35-40 minutes until the eggs are cooked through, and the top has begun to brown. Let sit for several minutes, and then serve.

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 medium yellow onion, (chopped)
  • 4 eggs, (lightly beaten)
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 deep dish frozen pie crust
