- 1 baguette (thinly sliced)
- Olive oil (for brushing)
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 4 ounces Harry & David® Smoked Salmon
- Everything seasoning (for sprinkling)
- Harry & David® Savory Cream Cheese Trio
- Harry & David Crab Quiche
- Harry & David® Artisan Cheese Assortment
- Harry & David Savory Swirl Appetizer Trio
- Harry & David® Cold Smoked Salmon
- Crackers (for serving)
How to cook:
- To prepare the crostini
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Slice the baguette and place the pieces on a baking sheet. Brush with the olive oil. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden.
- Spread the slices with cream cheese. Top each with a slice of smoked salmon and a sprinkle of everything seasoning.
- To make the appetizer spread
- Assemble the appetizers and salmon crostini on a board for serving. Serve the cream cheese trio with crackers or baguette slices.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 3 green onions (sliced)
- 1/2 cup shredded Harry & David® Aged Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 package Harry & David® Hickory Smoked Summer Sausage (5-ounce, diced small)
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- flour (for dusting)
- 1 egg (beaten)
How to cook:
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Mix beaten egg with one tablespoon of cold water in a small prep bowl.
- Mix cream cheese, green onions, shredded cheddar and diced smoked summer sausage in a small mixing bowl.
- Flour a cutting board or surface and place thawed puff pastry sheet on it. Brush egg wash all over the puff pastry sheet.
- Using a spoon, spread the cream cheese-cheddar mixture all over the pastry sheet.
- Starting on the short edge, roll up the puff pastry sheet.
- Using a sharp knife, cut slices that are about 1/2-inch thick.
- Place cut side down on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and brush sides and tops with the egg wash.
- Bake for 16 to 18 minutes.
- Allow to cool on a cooling rack for at least 5 minutes.

- 1 Jar Harry & David® Havana Black Bean Dip
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz pepper jack cheese (freshly grated, plus a few extra ounces for topping)
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes ( for topping)
- ¼ tsp dried cilantro ( for topping)
- Tortilla chips and veggies ( for dipping)
How to cook:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Set cream cheese on the counter to soften.
- In a cast iron skillet (or oven proof pan), heat the Havana Black Bean Dip over medium heat on your stove top, stirring frequently.
- Add the cream cheese; stir and heat for 1 minute.
- Add the freshly grated jack cheese, stirring well to mix together.
- Top with extra jack cheese, cilantro and red pepper flakes. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes or until hot and bubbly!
- Serve hot with veggies and chips!
