  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt + more if needed
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper + more if needed

How to cook:
  1. Whisk to combine: Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl until combined. Or add all ingredients into a mason jar and shake to combine. Taste and add more salt and pepper if needed.
