  • 1/2 whisked egg (pour out half of egg and save for something else!)
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips

How to cook:
  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line small baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk egg, and set half aside. You’ll only be using half an egg for this recipe.
  3. Whisk in coconut sugar, coconut oil, and vanilla.
  4. Pour almond flour on top of wet ingredients, along with baking soda and salt.
  5. Mix until well combined. Add in chocolate and mix again.
  6. Place in freezer for 20 minutes.
  7. Roll into cookie and press down to flatten slightly.
  8. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden.

How to cook:
  1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease a cast iron skillet.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, coconut sugar, nut butter, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. In a small bowl, mix almond flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet and stir until combined. Batter will be very thick.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour/spoon into skillet, spread it around to touch all edge, and top with more chocolate.
  7. Bake for 22-25 minutes or until center comes out clean when toothpick stuck in middle. Timing will depend on size of skillet, so keep an eye on it.
  8. Let cool and enjoy!

  7. Bake the cookie skillet for 18-22 minutes at 350 degrees until the edges are golden brown, the center is set, and a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  8. Top with flaky sea salt and let the cookie skillet cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
