  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbs dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

  • 4 cups gluten-free rotini pasta, cooked
  • 1 small English cucumber, skinned and chopped.
  • 1 small Enjoya Pepper, chopped (Sub for another red pepper if you can't find)
  • 1 small red pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup banana peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup black olives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh chives, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1 teaspoons dried oregano

How to cook:
