- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp Parmesan (grated, cheese is option and can be omitted)

Ingredients:
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbs dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup grapeseed oil *or any mild flavored oil
How to cook:
- Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth (30 seconds).

Ingredients:
- 4 cups gluten-free rotini pasta, cooked
- 1 small English cucumber, skinned and chopped.
- 1 small Enjoya Pepper, chopped (Sub for another red pepper if you can't find)
- 1 small red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup banana peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup black olives, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh chives, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
How to cook:
- Take cooked Rotini Pasta, run cold water over pasta for 2-3 minutes, gently tossing the pasta.
- Place pasta in large bowl, add chopped cucumber, red peppers, banana peppers, black olives, and chives.
- Pour olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, dried basil, dried oregano, Italian seasoning and black pepper onto pasta salad. Toss salad together until it is coating pasta noodles.
- Best if let salad sit at least 1-2 hours before serving.
