Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground elk meat
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp sumac powder
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper ((optional))
- ⅛ tsp ground cloves
- 3 tbsp minced parsley
- 2 tbsp minced red onion

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground elk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika

- 3 tbsp red onion (minced)

- 3 tbsp butter (very cold)
- 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 tbsp BWE poblano, blueberry sauce
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 brioche hamburger buns

How to cook:
- Combine elk and seasoning in a large bowl. Using a cheese grater, incorporate butter. Form mixture into four patties. Chill patties for 1 hour in the fridge.
- Cook 6 slices of bacon. Set aside.
- Prepare the heat source of your choice. Grill for 2 minutes on the first side and then flip. Patty should easily release from the grate or pan. Add cheese to cooked side and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Spread mayo on one side of brioche buns. Add greens and then burgers. Top with bacon and blueberry sauce.

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground elk
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- t/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 purple onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup almond flour
How to cook:
- In a large Tupperware Thatsa Bowl add ground elk, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and almond flour.
- Using the Tupperware Chop 'N Prep, chop onion and garlic. Use a spatula to transfer it to the Thatsa Bowl.
- Use hands or spatula mix all the ingredients together until mixed well.
- Using your hands grab a handful of the meat mixture and roll it into a ball. Then place it in the Tupperware Hamburger Press, and press the perfect patty!
- Continue making patties until you have enough, then grill on the Traeger Grill or BBQ.
- Once you've made all your burgers serve them with onion, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese or your choice of toppings.
