  • ½ cup hot water (see Tip)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • ½ cup unsweetened oat milk or other milk

  • 3 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 Tbsp hot water
  • 1 cup warm water
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice
  • 2 cups almond milk
How to cook:
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the matcha powder with the hot water. The mix should form a paste. Slowly whisk in the remaining cup of warm water, whisking constantly to prevent lumps.
  2. Add the vanilla extract then place the mix in the fridge for about 30 minutes to chill.
  3. Fill four glasses with ice and then add ½ cup matcha mix to each glass. Top each up with ½ cup almond milk and serve.
