- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup flaked or shredded coconut
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Bisquick™ Gluten Free Pancake & Baking mix
