Ingredients:
  • 300 g onions (300g / 10.58oz 1.5 large)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1.5 tbsp fresh ginger (finely chopped)
  • 3 + 1/3 cups water (800mls)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, or thighs (455g)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 3/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 3/4 tsp ground coriander
  • 3/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste ((puree))
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp almond flour
  • 4 tablespoons coconut flakes, ground (grind them in food processor)
  • 1 + 2/3 cups heavy cream (390mls)

How to cook:
  1. Mix the chicken korma spices together in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Roughly chop the onions and place in a large pan with the garlic and ginger.
  3. Cover the onions with water (approx. 800ml, or 3 + 1/3 cups), bring to the boil, turn down heat and simmer for 30-35 minutes until most of the water has reduced.
  4. While the onions are cooking, cut the chicken into cubes and sautée it in a little oil until lightly browned on all sides.
  5. Add the chicken korma spices, tomato paste, and 1 tbsp coconut oil to the cooked onions, stir and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove pan from the heat and using a hand blender, blend the chicken korma gravy until it's smooth.
  7. Add the chicken to the sauce along with almond flour, ground coconut flakes, and heavy cream. Stir well and simmer on a medium low heat for about 15 minutes or until the sauce has reduced and thickened.
  8. Taste and add more salt as desired, serve hot.

  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (peeled)
  • 1 1/2 inch piece fresh ginger root, peeled and chopped
  • 2 ½ tablespoons ghee or butter
  • ½ medium sized onion (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 3 skinless (boneless chicken breast halves - diced)
  • 1/3 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened plain greek yogurt or unsweetened plain coconut milk yogurt for paleo

How to cook:
  1. Proscess garlic and ginger.
  2. Place garlic and ginger, in a food processor and blend until smooth; set aside.
  3. Saute onion.
  4. Heat ghee or butter over medium heat. Add onion, and cook until soft, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Add garlic giner paste & spices.
  6. Add and mix in the garlic & ginger paste.Add coriander, garam masala, cumin, turmeric, and chili powder. Stir until combined.
  7. Stir in chicken.
  8. Stir in diced chicken, and cook for about 5 minutes.
  9. Add tomato sauce and broth.
  10. Pour tomato sauce and chicken broth over chicken. Heat until broth starts bubbling, then cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  11. Process almond butter cconut milk & yogurt.
  12. In a food processor add: almond butter, coconut milk and yogurt. Process until smooth.
  13. Add sauce, cover, simmer.
  14. Stir the almond butter coconut milk mixture into the chicken and sauce. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve. Can also serve over cauliflower rice.

  • 6 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 white onion (sliced)
  • 4 garlic cloves (Peeled)
  • 2 inches fresh ginger
  • 3 green chilies (deseeded and finely minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon stevia
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup whipping cream (Heavy)
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

How to cook:
  1. 1. Skin and bone the chicken thighs and cut the flesh into 1 inch chunks.
  2. 2, Mix the dry spices with the almond or cashew flour.
  3. 3, Add the cream and boiling water and allow to sit to allow the oils from the nuts to come out. This thickens the final sauce.
  4. 4. Make a paste from the ginger & garlic with a little salt and water.
  5. 5. Heat three tablespoons of vegetable oil in a saucepan.
  6. 6. Add the onion, finely minced chilies and the ginger/garlic paste.

  • One Fourth cup of almond butter, or simply Amul Butter
  • Three cloves of garlic
  • Half inch (approx) ginger finely chopped into pieces
  • Two tablespoons butter or clarified butter
  • Half onion – medium-sized needs to be minced
  • One teaspoon ground coriander
  • One teaspoon garam masala
  • One teaspoon ground cumin
  • One teaspoon ground turmeric
  • One teaspoon chili powder
  • Three skinless and boneless chicken breasts (approx 400grams) halves have to be diced
  • One Third cup of tomato sauce, without sugar
  • One Third cup of chicken broth
  • Half cup coconut milk
  • Half cup of unsweetened plain Greek yogurt (in case it is not available you can use unsweetened plain coconut milk yogurt)

How to cook:
  1. Put the garlic and ginger in a blender or a food processor and blend them to make the paste. The paste needs to be smooth.
  2. Heat the butter or clarified butter (ghee) whatever is readily available. Make sure not to burn it – use a medium flame to heat it. Once heated, add the minced onion and cook it until it is soft. You might have to cook it for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Once the onion is soft and light brown add the garlic – ginger paste into it. Next, you need to add coriander, garam masala, cumin, turmeric, and chili powder. Stir well after adding all the spices to make an even composition.
  4. Add in the diced chicken. Make sure to mix the already created composition with all pieces of chicken and cook for five minutes.
  5. Pour some tomato sauce along with chicken broth over the chicken.
  6. Heat the broth till it boils, after bringing it to boiling simmer it for 15 minutes while covering the korma. Simmer at low heat and stir occasionally.
  7. Blend together the almond butter, coconut milk, and yogurt to create a smooth mixture.
  8. Add the almond butter coconut milk mixture into the chicken and sauce while stirring it vigorously. Now you need to cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Keep stirring the awesome Korma occasionally.
  9. After 10 minutes, serve hot.
